Passaic County will be holding a Tire Recycling Collection Event on Saturday, December 1st at the Bloomingdale Municipal Complex, 101 Hamburg Turnpike, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM, RAIN OR SHINE and FREE FOR RESIDENTS.
They will be accepting up to 8 tires (with or without rims) per household. For further information, please call the Passaic County Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs at 973-305-5738.

The Hawthorne Chamber of Commerce proudly presents our 33rd Annual Santa Parade on Saturday morning, December 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
All community groups are invited to march and/or have a float in the Santa Parade. Parade Line-Up is at 9:30 a.m.
Residents are invited to line the parade route along Lafayette Avenue (from Rea Avenue to Diamond Bridge.) Santa will be at the library after the parade to greet the children. Mrs. Claus will be reading stories. Festivities will continue behind the Louis Bay 2nd Library and on Grand Avenue.
VENDORS are invited to participate in Vendor Lane after the parade along Grand Avenue. Space is free, but you must register.
Vendors are responsible for the necessary equipment for your products such as tables, chairs, tents, signage, etc. Products/Giveaways must be approved so we don't have too many of the same item. Forms must be submitted by November 23rd for planning purposes. Thank you to our Chamber Members.

An annual holiday tradition for families!
Come wander through the first floor of Ringwood Manor, beautifully decorated by the Women's Club of West Milford for the holidays! The self-guided format allows visitors to spend as much or as little time in each room as they wish! Brochures and interpretive signs, along with our knowledgeable volunteers, will provide those interested in the history of the site with plenty of information. Just want to ohh and ahh at the gorgeous furnishings or be inspired to create you own Victorian Christmas decorations. The decor will help you instill a sense of Gilded-Age elegance to your own home! Children are given scavenger hunts and can search for a variety of interesting objects throughout the house. Crafters will have hand-made items for sale to help you buy that perfect holiday gift for your loved one!
The Victorian Coffee shop, located next to Ringwood Manor, will be open and selling refreshments all three weekends.
